Our curriculum is designed to foster individual and group learning, and to give students the skills, attitudes, and knowledge to become life-long learners. Students are encouraged to take risks to develop their natural strengths and abilities, as well as to assume responsibility for their own learning.
There is a strong emphasis on building children’s self-esteem so that they will have the confidence to use their skills and talents in a positive manner. There is also a clear expectation that children will develop socially responsible attitudes through caring, co-operative group behaviour and service to the school.

The Government has introduced National Standards for reading, writing, and mathematics. Each standard states the expected level of achievement of each child compared with others at the same age and level nationally.
