Thursday 15 February, 5 to 7pm

5.00-6.00pm-Bring a picnic to the top field. Staff will be in attendance. Parentlink will be running a sausage sizzle and selling ice blocks if the weather is good. All items $2.00. 
 
6.00pm-Move to the hall where we will briefly speak about school programmes.
 
6.15pm-7.00pm- Move to the hubs. Teachers will speak as a team regarding shared programmes. Individual teachers will then be available in their homerooms to chat or answer questions. Matairangi staff will also talk about the school camp for this year. 
 
If the weather on the 15th is inclement we will email to all families during the day to let you know if the picnic on the top field is cancelled. The ParentLink sausage sizzle will still be available from outside the hall starting at 5.30pm. The informational part of the evening will continue as planned starting at 6.00pm in the hall.
