Enrichment Opportunities

As part of our planning and assessment process, all teachers regularly provide enrichment activities, particularly in the areas of language/reading and maths. An important principle with all teachers is that all our students are intellectually stimulated and challenged. Some of the enrichment activities that we offer are:

  • Higher order thinking skills: Blooms Taxonomy, Thinking Hats, and Future Problem Solving.
  • Leadership: Assembly, peer mediation, student council, road patrol, and ICT student conferences.
  • General: Research project, Australasian tests in science and maths, chess club, computer programming, and technology challenges.
